Depending on the activity, we may process display names; phone numbers or Instagram handles voluntarily submitted for Predict It; score predictions, votes, choices, text and uploaded images; guest-session identifiers; and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to run rounds, count votes and predictions, display results, verify creator permissions, support optional draws, reduce duplicate participation and abuse, improve service reliability and respond to support requests.
What others may see
Display names, content, results and aggregate statistics may be visible depending on the activity and its settings. In Predict It, participant contact details, the list of exact-score predictors, draw outcomes and winner cards are intended for the authorized round creator only, not the public. Do not put private contact details into public titles or descriptions.
Links and sharing
Competition links may be shared through services such as WhatsApp. Those third-party services process information under their own privacy policies, which Majok does not control.
Storage and retention
Round content, entries, session identifiers and technical records may be kept for as long as needed to operate activities, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data category, settings and backups; the end of a round does not necessarily delete all related records immediately. You can ask about deletion via support.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and restrict access to creator-management functions. No online service can offer absolute security. Keep management keys secure and do not publish participants’ contact details.
Your choices and requests
You may contact support to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with you, subject to identity verification, technical feasibility and applicable legal obligations. Provide enough detail to identify the activity without publishing sensitive data.
